With on demand classes, you can workout at a time and place to suit you. With no travel and timetable restrictions, you can choose from a selection of classes from the membership dashboard.
The On Demand Studio runs on a weekly membership basis, from 9am on a Sunday morning to 8am on the following Sunday.
On the Sunday morning when your membership starts, you will receive an email containing the link to the On Demand Studio page, along with a password to access it. Simply click on the link, enter the password and you have access to all the workouts in the studio. To view the workout you want, just click on the image and away you go!
