Lift Lean is a strength and resistance programme aimed at all women, especially mid-lifers. It is ideal for peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women as it focuses on increasing bone density, mental clarity, muscle strength and endurance. It's a great calorie burner too!
At the class we use various equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and even broomsticks! It doesn't matter if you haven't used any of this equipment before; you will be shown how to use it safely and correctly at the session.
Equipment is provided at this session, but you can bring your own dumbbells, kettlebell and resistance bands if you wish.
For your comfort and safety, you will need to wear suitable footwear such as trainers and comfortable clothing that you can move about in. You should also bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
