Lift Lean is a strength and resistance programme aimed at all women, especially mid-lifers. It is ideal for peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women, as it focuses on increasing bone density, mental clarity, muscle strength and endurance. It's a great calorie burner too!

WalkFit
WalkFit is a group fitness walking class performed to music. There is no fancy footwork - just simple steps to help you increase your fitness and get more active!
If you have limited mobility, you can still participate in a WalkFit class, as it is equally effective when you are seated. At Fitness with Julie classes we value what you can do and have lots of fun in this great class.
