Feel a bit lost in a large class?

My small group Fitness Pilates programme is the perfect solution!

Designed for a maximum of four participants, this 4-week programme offers a supportive and personalised environment where you can build your confidence, improve your fitness, and have fun!

The four-week programme covers:

  • Week 1: Introduction to Fitness Pilates principles, basic core engagement, and beginner-friendly exercises.
  • Week 2: Building on Week 1, we'll focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.
  • Week 3: We'll work on more advanced exercises, while developing your technique and building overall fitness.
  • Week 4: The final week focuses on refining your skills, creating a personalised routine, and setting goals for continued progress.

The programme will run on the following dates:

February: 3, 10, 17 and 24 th .

June/July: 23, 30 June and 7, 14 July.

September: 1, 8, 15 and 22 nd .

All sessions are held at Blaencwm Community Centre from 7-8pm.

Please note, before booking your selected programme you should ensure that you are available to attend all four dates of the programme. There will be no transfer of dates to other programmes.
